FAQs
Your meals will be packed into glass jars, which can be refrigerated, frozen and then thawed to be enjoyed at a later date. On delivery day your order will arrive in a cardboard box that has been insulated to keep your bundle cool and fresh.
Once your bundle is delivered to your front door or specified safe area, we will confirm delivery by text including a photograph of the delivery at the drop off spot. We will not knock unless we are instructed to. After delivery, we will not be responsible for any stolen items.
At check-out please specify delivery instructions (such as apartment block entry and security gates etc) in the notes section.
We have many vegetarian options but most of our dishes that don’t contain meat, do contain bone broth. We support vegetarian and plant-based lifestyles but we strongly believe that bone broths and small amounts of high-quality meat can be incredibly beneficial in the healing process during the postpartum period, which is why we’ve chosen to integrate them into our dishes.
Please get in touch if you’d like to chat about some options
If you can find a home for your jars and ice packs then feel free to keep them, just be sure to sterilise your jars before reusing them. At Good Food Folk we want to minimise our impact on the environment as much as possible so if you don’t want them, we are very happy to collect the jars when you are finished with them. You can text us once you’ve enjoyed all of your meals and the jars and ice packs are ready for collection. We’ll organise a time and day for you to leave them out and we’ll swing by to grab them
We deliver from Southport (Gold Coast) to Byron (Northern Rivers). Please reach out if you live just outside these areas and we will see what we can do to help.
